About the Role:

Due to our continual growth, we now require an additional full time Client Services Coordinator to join and support our amazing SMSF team.

We are seeking someone with public practice experience in a similar role with the desire to have an impact, continue to learn and grow along with the ability to demonstrate ownership of tasks and projects, attention to detail, excellent people skills and a customer service-centric mindset. In return, you will be well supported by your teammates and the broader Ashfords Business.

Job Description

Duties include (but not limited to): 

  • Drafting correspondence and engagement letters.
  • Assisting with client follow ups, lodgements, processing outgoing mail.
  • Helping the team with access to systems and job setups.
  • Assisting with reporting on performance metrics.
  • Monitoring of WIP and workflow.
  • Basic data entry including setting up electronic work paper.

Desired Skills and Experience

Requirements:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication alongside strong attention to detail
  • Customer service mindset
  • BGL accounting software experience would be highly regarded
  • Proficient in the use Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Power Point, and Word)
  • Great organisation and time management skills, with the ability to plan ahead
