Job Description

Duties include (but not limited to): 

  • Maintains detailed and accurate time sheets
  • Prepares accounts, annual returns, BAS, FBT, ITRs, budgets and cashflow forecasts
  • Attends to the requirements of companies and trusts
  • Monitors client management reports for underlying business improvement issues
  • Prepares business benchmarking reports for clients
  • Evaluates clients’ accounting systems

Desired Skills and Experience

Requirements: 

  • CA/CPA qualified
  • Ability to manage own practice by accurately recording WIP, billing to target and keeping debtors under control.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and accounting packages (XERO experience is preferred but NOT essential)
